I’m Desiree De Spong—lymphatic specialist, inventor, educator, and founder of Medella Health. Over two decades, I’ve worked with thousands of people, developed FDA-cleared Flowpresso technology, and dedicated my life to one mission: making lymphatic health understandable and accessible for everyone.
I don’t just teach lymphatics. I’ve lived it—from basement prototypes to international stages, from hands-on clinical work to groundbreaking research. My approach bridges Māori healing traditions (Te Whare Tapa Whā) with modern science, always leading with one non-negotiable principle: Drainage first, always.
